| I contacted iMesh support via email twice about a week ago and still have gotten no response. I was just billed, so I know for certain that my account is alive and well. The problem is that I got a brand new computer last week and I'm having no success logging into my iMesh account. No problems logging in to these forums, and I would have thought the information would have been the same. But, in the iMesh program, when I click on "Forgot Password" all of the email addresses that I've used over the past 5 years are coming back as not in the system, so the money I've been charged for my account is pretty much being flushed right down the toilet as I am unable to log into my account to get music. Can someone help me out with this? |

| Nothing? If I can't get some help with this ASAP, I'm going to force a chargeback, and I'm sure neither I or iMesh really wants that. If you're going to bill me, you should allow me access, right? Common sense alert!! |

Hello,
The forums and the iMesh client both run off different databases so the same login here will not work for the client as well.
Although you may post the information here and await someone from the support team to see your message and post back with your e-mail address, I'm not going to recommend this route.
Personally I'd recommend calling up the billing team
US: 1-212-729-5641
CA: 1-416-848-0409
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Explain your situation to them and they'll ask you for a few details to confirm who you are. Your name, address, possibly your approximate date of registration if you can remember it (month / year) and the last 4 digits on your card. Now you should be able to see why I don't recommend posting them on the open forum.
I also do not have access to the database so will be unable to help you. You will have to wait for someone from iMesh to post back under the 'iMesh Support' account.
As you say iMesh cannot find your e-mail addresses from the last 5 years, I just want to query something... how much are you paying a month for your subscription? _________________ Check out 'David Ford' by clicking the image below for some MP3's of his that he allows fans to share...
