Whenever I send a song to a friend by e-mail, when they click on the song to play it they get a message saying the song cannot be played because it is deleted from the i-mesh library. This has happened every time, irrespective of the type of song, performer, age of the recording. Am I doing (or not doing) something stupid?

Dear iMesh user,

Tracks that you download using iMesh are not synced with the account, and therefore cannot be accessed from another computer automatically.

You may perform this manually however, using one of the following tips:

1. Copy the tracks you have downloaded to a Data CD (700MB),
or to a portable storage device. These songs are usually
located in "My Documents -> My Music -> iMesh".

Once you have transferred the tracks to the storage medium,
copy them from that storage device, into the SAME folder on
your home computer - "My Documents -> My Music -> iMesh".

2. If the two computers are on the same network (e.g., home network),
you may specify a network drive as a downloads folder in iMesh,
and have both computers access tracks from that shared folder.

3. Download the tracks again.

If you have any further inquiries,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
