Remove / Delete any information stored on your account under Edit Profile and Photos, then click

Tools--> My Account Settings
Remove the tick from against "Allow others to view my profile" and click Update.

Your profile will now be deleted and no-one able to view it.

I've already do that...but I mean to cancel my account completely from the community..so that it doesn't exist anymore....pls cancel it!!!!!!!

Sadly you cannot completely cancel your account due to the way iMesh operate. Facebook, Myspace, Bebo etc all do not remove accounts, only disable.

iMesh's reason for doing it is with being a legal download site, people could take advantage of the free trial by signing up-to iMesh with their e-mail address, use the trial, then remove their account and sign up again and take advantage of another free trial.

The best advice I can say is to simply delete all your information you have entered into the profile and keep it marked as hidden.

ahh okay I understand that...but I don't use imesh anymore and the e-mail that I used to sign in was deleted...and so I thought that you can remove my account from the community..because it doesn't make sense to have the account..so I thought that you can remove it for me...

Hello grandpa_wolf,

The Support team inform me that you reside in Germany and as a result cannot take out an iMesh premium account, so cannot cancel anything for you. They have however removed your account from the community.

Any problems feel free to respond.


Why could this account be removed??! ..please do that for my account too...

By "removed", I mean marked as private so no-one can see it.

So long as you have everything deleted from your profile, the only things iMesh will have stored against your account will be a nickname, your e-mail address, your password for the iMesh account and the country you reside in (it finds this itself) - these 4 things are required by the iMesh system.
